Meet Daniel
Born and raised in Toronto, our founder and Broker of Record, Dan Bederman brings a deeply rooted knowledge and appreciation for Toronto’s neighbourhoods and communities. With nearly two decades of combined experience and in the financial services and Toronto real estate industries, the foundation of Dan’s approach is built on his proficiency for the real estate market, specifically understanding value and investment opportunities for the real estate market landscape in Toronto.
Dan sets himself apart with his industry knowledge and work ethic, but above all his knack for client service and the ability to understand his client’s goals and needs.
Dan hails from an athletic background and had a memorable collegiate football career at Queen’s University that culminated with a Vanier Cup National Championship in 2009 and a tenure in the CFL with his hometown Toronto Argonauts and Q.E.W rival, Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
Dan founded Great Keep Realty Advisors in 2023 with former Queen’s Football Teammate, Thaine Carter, and his business partner, Aaron Yick.
